Shipping goods through Northern Ireland
We are delighted to say that the earlier problems that clients had encountered with buying cars from Northern Ireland or shipping cars through Belfast have been resolved .It is now possible to clear these cars once they have arrived so you will have no issues when it comes to getting them registered at your local VRT center .
Cars which were brought into the north prior to January do not need customs clearance but all cars brought in from January will need a customs clearance certificate.
Cars of non British Manufacture will incur a 10% tariff as well as 23% VAT
